This listing is for a custom digital mockup service. No physical product will be shipped.

After purchase, please upload all design files to a Google Drive folder and email the folder link to:
teesandthingsbymaceycustomers@gmail.com

File Requirements:

• High-resolution files only

• PNG format preferred

• Transparent backgrounds strongly recommended for best results

• Designs should be finalized and ready for placement

Work will begin once all files have been received. In your email please include what color apparel each design will go onto.

Because this is a personalized digital service:

• Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted once work has begun.

• Refunds are not available after mockups have been created.

• Completed digital files are non-returnable.
